From the roof-terrace you can enjoy a precious view of the sea and the surrounding land. The property is about 1.500 m from the next bay Puntalejos. To the bay Cala Aceite the distance is about 2 km. Roche Viejo is located between the steep coast, the sandy bays and the pine tree woods. The area there is very calm. In the beautiful surrounding are a few more holiday houses. The most popular places to visit are Seville, Gibraltar, Jerez and also Europe\s oldest town Cadiz are all nearby. The route of the white villages of Andalucia starts right in front of your house. The villa is built of two floors. In the upper floor you have the master-bedroom with a bath en-suite and your own terrace with a fantastic view of the pool and garden. In the ground floor there are two bedrooms with 2 fully-sized single-beds and a bathroom. In the living-room you have a comfortable fireplace, SAT-TV and HiFi-Radio with CD-player as well as the eating-area. In the huge fully-equipped kitchen there is a washing-machine, a dish-washer, microware, toaster, coffee-machine, ceran-cooking. All bedroom-windows have mosquito-netting to ensure quiet nights. Prices in Euro per week. Final cleaning: Eur 60,- The pool will be maintained from March to end of October.
