Description of Penthouse: |
The apartment is situated approximately 30 metres from the beach and comprises very spacious living accommodation with sliding doors from the lounge area leading to the lower terrace, which is equipped wtih table and chairs for eating outside, and stairs from the hall lead to a large roof terrace equipped with sunbeds. Both terraces are south westerly facing with views both sea view and inland view of the mountains.
The living accommodation comprises large lounge / dining area, hallway with wardrobe and under stairs cupboard. Leading off the hallway is the kitchen, master bedroom with king-size double bed and on-suite bathroom, second bedroom with large twin beds and fitted wardrobe, a second bathroom and stairs to the roof terrace.
The dining area has a round table with comfortable seating for four people and includes a large sideboard with crockery and glasses. The lounge area has a very comfortable 3 piece suite, TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and cutlery. An iron and ironing board are in the hall cupboard.
The airport is approximately 45 minutes by car, alternatively bus/coach services are available. The bus/coach stop is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and this is where you would alight from the airport.
Torrox-Costa has lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and an attractive promenade with numerous bars and restaurants. There is a street market every Monday approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Cutlery, crockery (including diner plates, side plates, cereal bowls cups & saucers for 6 people) and glasses. TV (SKY Free View) and DVD player.
A hair dryer and two bath towels are provided (one in each bathroom).
The lower terrace has table and 4 chairs with full length sunblinds.
The roof terrace has 4 sun-beds, shower facility and large sunblind.
The apartment shares communal gardens and facilities including a tennis-court and a swimming pool. A small supermarket, bakery, hair dresser, banks, shops and restaurants are all within a five minute walk.
Public transport, car hire, taxis and excursions are all readily available. There are regular bus services to Torrox, Nerja, Frigliana, Torre Del Mar and Velez Malaga. Street parking is available outside the apartment block.
Golf • Baviera golf course is an 18 hole public course approximately 15 minutes drive. • Anoreta golf approximately 30 minutes drive; and • Salobreña golf approximately 45 minutes drive.
Terms and Conditions: No pets Minimum rental period is one week. Non-refundable 20% deposit to confirm booking. Balance to be paid in full no less than 6 weeks prior to departure. Any bookings agreed less than 6 weeks prior to departure will require full payment. Cancellations within the 6 week period before departure will incur a charge of 50% total cost of rental. Changeover day is Saturday but some flexibility may be possible, please ask if required.
