It is possible to hire 2 bikes (optional, 60 eurs per stay). Garden and swimming pool maintenance once a week. HOUSE/RESIDENCE 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, deep freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: kitchen (oven, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: fan coolers provided, washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced (6 cars). The living room on the ground floor is actually a private gym room: exercise bike, multigum, abdominiser, step machine. Shower/WC. Electric radiators. Colour TV with video and DVD. HiFi system. We speak English, French and Spanish
