The Bel Air Platinum is a luxury air con 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse with communal pool situated near to Los Flamingos Golf & close to the beach
Description of Townhouse:
The Bel Air Platinum is a fantastic property with loads of space. It is 18 months old with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and has a large shared pool 15 mins walk from the Beach. It is situated near to the Los Flamingos golf course flamingos-golf.com/index_2.php just outside of Puerto Banus (San Pedro/Estopona side).For other golf courses near by, go to website andalucia.com/golf. The Townhouse is furnished to a very high standard with a superb roof top solarium for al fresco dining, 3 further terraces and a large communal swimming pool for residents only with shallow end for the children The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. From the townhouse you can walk to the beach which is approximately 1200 meters away. Puerto Banus is 10 mins drive away (or 15 euros in a taxi which our in resort representative will sort out for you.) with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs. There are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket and a bank conveniently located at the bottom of the road approximately 5 minutes walk away. The village of Cancelada is also a 5 minute walk from the Bel Air properties. The village of Cancelada offers a nice choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and internet access. Also within a 2 minute walk there are 2 spa centers that have fabulous treatments, one being an Asian Spa Prices are per week in UK Pounds but I will accept any occupancy from 3 nights onwards fro golfers and people who want to come for a long weekend.

Facilities:
Master Bedroom - four poster bed with walk in dressing room, full en-suite bathroom, fully fitted wardrobes and terrace. Bedroom 1 - twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 - twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 - twin beds. Bathrooms - Full en-suite bathroom to Master Bedroom. Bathroom 2- has a full bath/shower/wc and washbasin. Bathroom 3- has a full bath/shower/bidet/wc and washbasin. Washroom - there is also a washroom in the basement room with toilet and basin. The Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and iron/ironing board. Living/Dining room is fully fitted with table/chairs, a 2&3 seater leather sofa, flatscreen TV and DVD. It also has a C/D player. Linen and towels are provided. Linen is changed on a weekly base. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both. The Bel Air platinum accommodation is fitted with air conditioning and heating. At the basement is a double-parking bay leading through to the Penthouse. There is a fantastic roof top solarium terrace with full al fresco dining facilites such as table, chairs, parasol and sunloungers. There are 3 further terraces with table, chairs and sunloungers. The large outdoor pool is shared with the other Townhouses. BBQ facilities available on request.
