Description of Villa:
Our property is a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with shower, villa with patio and large roof top solarium. It has satellite TV including English channels and Sky and has a garden with room to park a car. Located on a large new development within the urbanisation of La Marina, this property is only 5 minutes walk from the new commercial centre where you will find a large supermarket, tourist office, bank and restaurants. There is also a childrens play area on the development. The bus stop for buses to local areas is close by. Of course, if you wish to visit some of the many places of interest, you will find it easier if you hire a car. The property is furnished to a high standard and equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, toaster and all the cooking utensils you would need. All bedding and towels (except beach towels) are supplied. An en-suite with double shower, sink and w.c. has been added to the master bedroom of the property. On the solarium there are four sun loungers, table and chairs and even a shower to cool down! A small barbeque is provided if you want to eat Al Fresco. La Marina is situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, 10 drive minutes from Guardamar, 20 minutes from Torrevieja and 6 minutes drive from the Blue Flag beach. It is a well developed urbanisation whose local amenities include banks, public swimming pools, snooker club, bowling club, supermarkets, national health doctor, private clinic, pharmacy, 3 newsagents, and plenty of bars and restaurants (English, Spanish and German). There is a good bus service to all local towns and markets as well as to the beaches in the summer. The beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches offer safe bathing and are approximately 5km long. Eating out is varied and inexpensive. For golf lovers, the closest course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Las Ramblas, and Villa Martin, a championship golf course, are within a 20 minute drive. The famous golf courses at La Manga are 45 minutes drive. There are numerous places to visit for both young and old, so hiring a car is recommended to obtain the best from your holiday. Terra Mitica Theme Park, around 50 minutes drive, is an excellent day out for all age groups. Few people can resist a visit to the Salvador Artesana Shoe Factory Outlet at Elche. There are Aqua Parks, Go-Carts and many other attractions all within a short drive.
