Description of Villa: |
Luxury 3 bedroom villa:
With air-conditioning, marble floors, attached garage / drive & furnished to a very high standard. Our villa is positioned in a quiet residential area, overlooking a large communal swimming pool with a sea view. Adjacent are landscaped walkways, with a 300 year old lemon grove that winds it’s way through the valley & around the development. The villa receives the sun on both sun terraces all day, however, if you wish to limit your exposure, the large wall mounted sun shades can be adjusted to control your precise comfort.
The first floor consists of:
A fully fitted kitchen that includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob & extractor. A spacious living room with sliding patio doors, leading on to an elevated sun terrace, overlooking the garden & pool, consists of a dining suite for 6 & a large sofa that is very relaxing on a quiet evening with a bottle of wine, especially in front of the real coal effect gas fire ( can get chilly in winter ) Additionally, there is a widescreen TV with Sky satellite provided, a mini Hi Fi system with a selection of CD’s, various coffee tables, decorations & a selection of books & games.
There are 2 downstairs bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with twin beds, both have built in wardrobes and a bathroom, with bidet & heating, situated between them both.
The second floor consists of:
The sun roof and master bedroom, which also has a king size bed, & en-suite shower room with heating. This bedroom also has built in wardrobes & patio doors leading onto the sun roof which, incidentally is big enough for several families. It’s great to recline back at night ( with a glass of something of course ) & gaze at the stars – easy to end up sleeping there as well! There is also access to sunroof via the internal stairway.
Location:Excellent, approximately 500 metres from Villamartin golf course and less than 3K from several other courses too. There are also dozens of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket within a 500mtr radius of the villa. The blue flag beaches of La Zenia & Cabaroig are 3km away and it is only 6km to the local town of Torrevieja. There is also the convenient location of the motorway ( 1k away – far enough to not be heard or seen but convenient enough for those get away days) A must! day out & within 1 hour is the famous Terra Mitica theme park ( Disney style but without the dwarfs or Mickey) - fantastic for the mature child,. shall we say, & the little ones of course.
Finally: The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, upstairs and down, with the addition of multi speed ceiling fans in every room
There is enough patio furniture for both sun terraces. Bed linen & hand towels are provided, both of which will be changed on a weekly basis, by the caretaker. ( all inclusive of the rental fee – there are no hidden charges with this villa )
Discounts:
Discounts are possible, depending on the booking – to be negotiated.
Notes:
1) Usually, only whole weeks can be booked, Sat to Sat, however dependent on availability, it may be possible to book unusual periods.
2) Unfortunately, due to our incurred expenses, any booking of less than 7 nights will be at the same weekly rate as above. Any periods over and above a complete week will be charged on an approximate pro rata basis, depending on the following reservation.
3) Regrettably, refunds due to any subsequent cancellation, after payment in full, will be at 50% of total payment.
4) There is also a £150 deposit that is to be paid with the balance of payment. This is for the keys and for any possible breakages that may occur. Obviously any loss of the keys will incur the immediate replacement of all locks thus the forfeit of the deposit. In addition any breakages etc will be deducted from the deposit, which will be refunded to you once we have received conformation, from our caretaker, that she has received the keys.
5) There is also an additional 25 page brochure with more photos, places to go , things to do, restaurants, shops, golf, car hire, even some handy Spanish phrases, that I can assure you will be very useful. This is available to anybody, on request, after receipt of the reservation deposit. Unfortunately our own web page is still in production.
Arrival & departure:
In order for the villa to be prepared for your visit, we ask that you do not occupy before 2pm. You will need to vacate the villa by 11am, after your last night, for the same purpose.
Our caretaker lives 2 doors from the villa, to obtain & return keys. They will be available for any queries during your stay.
