Casita Rosa is situated in the hills within the triangle of Alora, Cartama and Pizarra in the province of Malaga. Only 45 minutes from the international airport of Malaga and the attractions of the Costa del Sol, this newly decorated, self catering studio is in a secluded, country location with panoramic views over the beautiful Guadalhorce Valley.
It is a perfect retreat for honeymoons and for romantic couples looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life. If you enjoy a stroll, a walk, hiking, painting, bird watching, photography or other outdoor pursuits, then Casita Rosa is the place to be.
Outside the studio through the full length French windows, there is a large curved terrace with table and chairs for you to enjoy a drink, a snack or a meal while you look over the pool and gaze at the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
Enjoy a swim in the 8m x 4m mosaic tiled pool, or just relax on the sun loungers on the secluded pool terrace.
Enjoy the lovely skies in the balmy evenings as you enjoy a cooling glass of your favourite drink, perhaps before a BBQ. Your large BBQ area has a traditional Spanish style pink and grey granite topped table with seating and covered by a shaded pergola. A large traditional BBQ, using charcoal as fuel, provides a centre piece for your alfresco dining.
Restawhile under a tree in a quiet corner of the garden and enjoy that book you promised yourself, but never had the time too.
The terrace, pool and BBQ area are solely for your enjoyment during your stay. Down in the local village, there are banks, chemists, medical centre, shops, supermarkets, bakers, restaurants (The famous El Tintero restaurant only 10 minutes away) bars and a local market on Friday and Sunday. A lively place in the evening, where you can enjoy the atmosphere as the locals come and go. Many of the restaurants have barbecued food available, especially at the weekends.
A hire car is essential in order to explore the area at your lesiure, although we can generally arrange airport pickups and local excursions if required.
The beaches of the Costa del Sol are 45 minutes drive away, where there are water sports, a water park and theme park and a secluded naturist beach.
Gibraltar, Seville and Granada are approximately 2 hours drive away.
Malaga our capital city is steeped in history, art and architecture and boasts several beautiful botanical gardens and only 30 minutes away by local bus or train.
Closer to home are the lakes of El Chorro and the sugar cube village of Frigiliana and the historic town of Antequera.
Casita Rosa is ideally situated for the enjoyment of the countryside and all it has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you to rural life in Southern Spain.

Accommodation comprises of a double bed/twin beds, kitchenette with fridge/large ice box, two burner gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses etc.
The TV is only connected to a Spanish network but has a video and DVD player with a selection of viewing material.A portable radio/cd player. Books and games are also provided for your entertainment.
En-suite shower room has a power shower, bidet, toilet and hand basin.
All electricity, gas(heating extra), bed linen, towels/tea towels are provided but please bring your own pool towels.
