Other shops just a few minutes drive into town or a 10 minute walk (only 500m) toOliva Nova Golf and Country Club, with health spa open to the general public; shopping centre and restaurants. 10 min drive (south) to the important tourist centre of Denia with boat trips to Ibiza or day trips along the coast to Javea and Calpe. 15 min drive to Gandia (north) with commuter trains to Valencia city. 45 min drive to Benidorm and Terra Mítica theme park.
The apt is very spacious and airy with a lovely sea breeze, looking directly over the pool area. Residential and relaxing - great for people who want peace and quiet, relaxing on the beach, but can drive into town in just a few minutes for more bustling activity.
