Description of Studio:
This beautiful studio apartment completed in 2006 really does have something to offer everyone. It has an open plan design, the lounge area coprizes of a 2 seater bed setee TV and DVD player. This leads onto the large terrace complete with table , chairs and parasol, were you can enjoy a cool drink and watch the sun go down over the sea. The bedroom area has two single beds, the bathrooom has a full suite to include a bath and is all fully tiled. The dining/ kitchen area has a hob, fridge, sink and seating for four. The whole apartment is finished in a high quality polished marble, we suggest you book early to avoid disapointment on this studio!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Situated right on the beach in Elveria with the added benifit of the use of 3 communal pools this really is a location worth booking early. Within a 2 minute walk you can enjoy, bars resturant, even an internet cafe for those who still need to keep in touch. The beach is also a two minute walk and benifits from sand dunes, beachside bar resturant, parasols and sun beds, the gently sloping beach is also ideal for children. Should this all become to much famous Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a 7 minute drive away were you can shop until you drop in designer stores or enjoy a quite meal in the port and admire some of the most stunning yachts in the world. For the children within a 15 minute dive they can enjoy Tivilo adventure park, Selwo Dolphins, Water Park or perhaps for the more adventurous the crocdile park in Torremolinos. Young or retired you can not fail to be impressed with the range of activities on offer at this location and all ony 45 minutes drive from Malaga, we hope to see you soon!
