This very attractive two-storey villa is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the beach and amenities of Puerto del Carmen.

This very spacious villa is attractively decorated and finished to a good standard. The ground floor has a large living room with a dining area, doors to the terrace and stairs to the first floor. There is a very well equipped, separate kitchen and a utility and clothes drying area. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed and a large walk-in wardrobe. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with patio doors which lead onto separate large balconies. There is a full family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor.
A sunbathing terrace overlooks the private 6.5x3 metre ELECTRICALLY HEATED swimming pool, with its Roman steps. With the built in Barbecue you can enjoy dining alfresco.
The villa is in very easy walking distance of the main beach promenade where there are miles of golden beaches, shops and a huge variety of restaurants and bars. Despite being so close to all the amenities it is located in a peaceful residential area.
