The house is located on Calle Santo Cristo in the old part of this beautiful hilltop village only two minutes walk from Plaza España.
The apartment has two bed rooms with double beds and storage space, a living room with TV/dvd/stereo and a sofa bed (folds out to a spacious extra bed if needed), a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove with a hob and an electrical oven, microwave oven, coffe brewer, toaster, mixer, knives, spices and a bathroom with wc/shower/bath tub. The upstairs room has a washing machine and lots of storage space. All rooms have
windows with unobstructed scienic view towards the sea/Africa.
The apartment has a big private terrace with panoramic views of the sea/Africa and the mountains/rice fields, there are deck chairs and a table that can be used on the terrace, which is recently tiled.
The apartment also has a shared patio where children can play safely and is also located on a very calm street where there is no thru traffic. As a bonus its VERY close to good parking facilities and the apartment can be reached without driving thru town!
There are also a fan, mosquito screens for the windows, a toolbox, a changing table, a potty, a chair for an infant, a chair for a child and a big box of toys and beach equipment for children.
Linen and towels are provided, electricity, gas and cleaning on departure is included.
