A brand new one bedroomed villa with superb mountain views over La Aljambra
but is within a 30 minutes drive to several wonderfull beeches.
Description of Villa:
This villa is offered as a stand alone entitiy within the grounds of a much larger villa (occupied by the owners who are at hand to offer help or advice). the pool is a 10m x 5m structure which guest have full use off. There is a large dining/bar structure by the pool which affords outside dining under cover and numerous loungers/chairs to make your outside experience enjoyable. The villa has an extremely well equipped kitchen.washing machine facilletes are availble for the guest. the bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and a roomy wardrobe. The lounge has its own TV with free to view and is set up with a Playstation. Although the villa has only one bedroom there is the facility for a child to sleep in the lounge as the sofabed can easily accommodate one. The bathroom has a large shower area, wash basin and toilet. Outside the villa there is a small patio area with table and chairs - a delightful place for breakfast, overlooking the mountains and, with luck, spotting the short toed eagles that fly past. A ´boule´ court is also available just outside the villa, for your enjoyment.l the villa is a 5 minute drive to the spanish market town of albox.
the kitchen is extremely well equipped to afford you an enjoyable "home from home " experience. although the villa sleeps two, the sofa bed allows a child easy comfort as it folds down to form a double bed. there are some dvd and cds in the villa but please feel free to bring your own.
