A lovely townhouse with beds for 8 persons and a private pool in Velez Malaga. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a bath tub, 1 living & dining room, a separate kitchen with washing machine, ceramic cooker, microwave and fridge. The house is 125m2 distributed in two full furnished floors. There are 2 terraces on the ground floor. One of them is veranda for the morning coffee. There is an exit to the garden (80 m²) with a pool (30m²), outside shower, a BBQ area with table and chairs for 8 people. A big garage for 2 cars on the basement. Velez Malaga is an old Spanish town with 55 000 inhabitants. You can see some historical buildings in the old part of the town or have pleasure of different facilities in another part of the town. The house located in a good area, which is situated close to the city center, a big commercial center (1,5 km), aqua park Velez (1,5 km) and the coast Torre del Mar (4km). There is a new tram station – opened in 2006 - only 250m from the house which goes directly to the beach. If you want to spend your time at the place, where the prices are cheaper than in Torre del Mar, but atmosphere is even more traditional Spanish, you need only 5 min to get there. But if you prefer to enjoy yourself in the tourist area with many restaurants, shops, cafés and discotheques, take by car to Torre del Mar (3 min). The house was bought for few months ago, therefore the price is less in the period from October2007 to July2008. The prices include consumption of water and electricity
