Cabo Roig is an exclusive residential area comprising of lovely villas and apartments, to which there is only 1 road entrance, therefore no through traffic makes for a quiet setting.
There are 2 EEC blue flag beaches , both sandy, within 10 minutes walk, the southern one situated in a protective cove with a small marina and overlooked by a renowned sea food restaurant. The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments.
The apartment is part of the Sol y Verde community, which is a small established private development situated in a no through road. There is a shared pool with showers and access to a quiet track providing a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the peninsula. Parking is off road and restaurants and the supermarket are a short walk away, |

There is a small utilty room with a washing machine. The lounge has a TV/video and a music system.
