CASA SECRIDA, detached villa with balcony, pool, large and private terrace, garden with trees, lawn and seaview
Description of Villa:
The "CASA SECRIDA" is situated in the Urbanisazion TORRE SOLI NOU, a rather little frequented villa area about 8 km from the small town ALAYOR on a hill above the beach of SON BOU. Distance to the beach around 1 km as the crow flies, street distance to the car park of the 2,5 km long sand beach around 2 km. A shorter entrance to the beach does not exist because the dune zone between beach and residential area is a nature reserve. The house stands on a plot with old stock of trees and a terrace almost not to be seen from outside. A lawn as playing ground for children is available. View of the sea to south is given from the terrace (if the gardeners do their job) and always and enchantingly from the window and balcony of the bedroom in the upper floor. In the ground floor are a big living room with open chimney and stairs to the bedroom in the upper floor, two bedrooms (one room with double bed, one room with 2 beds), 1 bath with toilet, 1 toilet with shower and the kitchen with storeroom. The living room is furnished with old rattan furniture in colonial style, television receiver (only 5 English programs) and DVD-player are available. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with sufficiently big freezing-unit, gas stove (3-flamy and oven) and microwave, a washing machine is in the adjacent room. With the bedroom in the upper floor is an own bathroom with toilet connected. A tennis court is near the house, to be booked in a hotel approx. 300 m remote. A small "supermarket" is connected onto this hotel, other stores, restaurants, bars, Doctor and pharmacy in the vacation settlement of San Jaime. Shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices are to be found in the town ALAYOR approx. 8 km away from the house. The house is rented with pleasure and favoured to families with children. But it is pointed out, however, explicitly that in case of use with infants and young children a intensified measure of supervision and attention is necessary: Even though stairs in the interior of the house are provided with banisters, nevertheless they can be, however, dangerous for an unattended infant or small child. The pool (deep approx. 90 cm to approx. 1,80 m) connects immediately onto the terrace and is free accessible for children. The house is surrounded of the the garden, there are no barriers which prevent children from leaving of the plot. Cleaning before arrival and at departure as well as weekly change of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Further services can be arranged with our local administration. Moving in to the house is possible at the day of arrival from 14.00 oclock, moving on departure day should be made until 10.00 oclock.
