A nice bright 38 square meter apartment, located on the 5th floor (no elevator). It is a one bedroom apartment with wooden beams in the ceiling. The bedroom has a double bed and in the salon you have a sofa bed, TV, DVD and dining area. The apartment also has an American fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a communal roof terrace on top of the building where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
You have the beach on your doorstep, and are surrounded by restaurants, bars, fresh food market, shops etc. giving you the feeling of being in a small village instead of central Barcelona. Only 15 minute walk away you will find yourself on La Rambla. Around the corner you not only have the beach but also the Yachting Port. Various tourist attractions are easily accessed from the flat and many within walking distance.
