The villa its just in the center of Cala Millor in residential area very quiet, at only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach (at about 250 meters).
its not necessary car. All amenities are at only five minutes walking.
The house have about 150 square meters inside. It have additional 150 square meters of terraces.

Very big entrance with very big terrace & garden of 100 square meters aproximately (all closed from the street), garage, gardens and acces to inside the house.
Very big kitchen with direct acces to 25 square meters of terrace (terrace with gardens equiped with sunbeds, chairs, table and portable barbecue)
Very big living room with accés to the same terrace of kitchen.
Single bedroom (one single bed, table and wardrobe)

Very big twinbedroom with air conditioning and with 28 square meters of terrace. The terrace its fantastic for solarium.
