Our newly finished 3 storey Townhouse is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Spain. Salinas is a rural location of around 1000 locals, surrounded by mountains and a large nature reserve. We are situated approx 7km from Sax, a historic town in its own wright. The area boosts mountainous walks and cycling, Morros and Christian fiestas and all in a peaceful village.
The house is light and spacious, new modern furnishings and is located in a quiet area 2-3 minutes walk from the shops, bars and banks.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor with superb views from the sun terrace overlooking the pool and mountains. A double bed fully fitted wardrobes, drawers and T.V, air con with an en-suite bathroom with a shower bath, bidet and toilet. Door leading to top floor sun terrace area.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and bed side cabinets or drawers air con.
A bathroom is located on the second floor with shower bath, bidet and toilet.
The ground floor has main entrance to light airy lounge with 2 leather sofas, air con, coffee table, T.V digital Box, DVD Cabinet with DVD, dining table.
Hall way leads to kitchen fully fitted including dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer all crockery and saucepans.
A downstairs cloakroom leading on to a utility room with washing machine and entrance to the communal pool area and sun terrace/patio. All three floors are individually air conditioned and heat for the winter months.

| Large municipal pool, toddlers pool, lifeguards, tennis courts and many childrens parkslocate through out the village. All shops with in a short walk as are bars and restaurants.Many country walks and bike hire can be arranged.Local markets 3 days a week with all fresh produce. Airport transfers on request can be as relaxing as you require as car not a necessity all main amenities etc bus routes!Excellant value in th SUN!! |
