Description of Penthouse: |
The apartment is light and airy south facing with uninterrupted sea views and with sun from early morning till sunset. There is a large living/dining room with glass doors which open onto the 35 sq. m. large terrace with a built in BBQ and a unmatchable view of the sea. The terrace is an ideal place to sunbathe and enjoy the subtropical sun ( 320 days of warm sunshine every year ) or sit in the shade under a large awning. From mid-April through October this area can be used as an extension of the living room. The terrace is furnished with 2 tables and 6 chairs, sun beds and 2 patio lounger chairs. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath tub/shower. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes.There is a second bathroom also with bath tub/shower. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are included.
Very close to the communal pool and private garden .
The spacious living room and dining area is furnished with a sitting group incl. 2 sofas and a coffee table. The dining table seats 6 persons. In addition there is a desk, TV with satellite antenna, a DVD player, and stereo equipment with radio and CD player.
The kitchen is fully-equipped; electric stove (hob), dish washer, washing machine and large refrigerator with freezer.
The apartment is situated in urbanisation Ladera del Mar less than 5 minutes by car west of Nerja and:
* Several sandy beaches close to. The nearest only 500 m. from the apartment. Walking along the open beaches west of Nerja center is a popular past-time for many.
*10 minutes from Cueva de Nerja, Balcón de Europa and Frigiliana.
* 50 minutes from Malaga and the airport.
* 1 hour to Granada.
* 15 minutes drive to Baviera Golf in Velez Malaga.
* 1 hour to the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, where you can ski from the middel of December til the beginning of May or go skiing in the morning and swim in the Mediterranean in the afternoon.
En penthouse lejlighed med en enestående udsigt over området med masser af blomster og træer samt Middelhavet indeholdende dejlig stor lys stue, køkken, 2 soveværelser begge med indbyggede skabe og dobbeltsenge, 2 badeværelser begge med badekar/brus.
Fra stuen er der udgang til meget stor sydvendt terrasse med sol fra tidlig morgen til solnedgang og muret BBQ.
Lejligheden ligger i bebyggelsen Ladera del Mar, som ligger få kilometer vest for Nerja. Poolen ligger i udstykningens park mellem lejligheden og stranden. Fra lejligheden er der 500 m til stranden.
Fra lejligheden er der ca 1 times kørsel til skisport i Sierra Nevada, hvor man kan løbe på ski fra midten af december til begyndelsen af maj. I foråret kan man løbe på ski om formiddagen og ligge på stranden om eftermiddagen . Øvrige afstande se ovenfor.
