This is a small house with hardly any neighbours, located in the natural park of the Valle el Lecrin on the foot of the Sierra Nevada. It is located on 15 min from Granada, Alhambra and Alpujarra. 30 min from Costa tropical and 45 minutes of the ski-station.
The house has a garden of 1000 m2 totally fenced, for your comfort, a spacious and intim property with private pool and trees.
The access to the house is very easy, as the highway is only 3 km away. The house has a private parking, a terrace and a viewpoint with wonderful views to the vally where you can enjoy marvellous sunsets.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and kitchen. In the village of Durcal you will find supermarket, restaurants, pizza-bars, bars, discos and pubs,..it is also very close to the highway to reach Granada.
