Bustling market town of Motril 3kms has excellent shopping, numerous bars/restaurants. Many sporting options nearby including; golf, tennis, horse trails & water sports. Car ESSENTIAL to discover the many delights of the Costa Tropical.
CASA PEQUEÑA benefits from a rural location, situated just outside the village of Puntalón, 3kms east from Motril. Cortijo Nuevo comprises three independent dwellings; the original Cortijo used by the owner, Casa Pequeña a small garden cottage and a modern apartment built above the Cortijo - also available for holiday rentals - EL APARTAMENTO/ Ref : 979.
Each has its own private space, yet share interesting sub-tropical gardens with various terraces, swimming pool & BBQ area. In season help youself to, avocados, custard apples & citrus fruits.

CASA PEQUEÑA, a pretty one bedroom cottage sympathetically converted, traditional in feel but with all mod cons. An ideal base for holidays year round. Perfect for a couple, can accommodate 4 on short stays if sofa-bed used.From kitchen terrace enter through stable door to very well equipped kitchen/diner. Contains; seating for 3-4, gas hob & extractor, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine iron & board, electric kettle & toaster.
Spiral stairs lead up to the living room with French windows & balcony overlooking the rear garden, swimming pool and mountains. Contains double sofa-bed, satellite/video, DVD, CD/hi-fi, ADSL laptop point or Wi-Fi & phone for incoming calls. Steps up to the private roof terrace with 360° views, ideal place to share a bottle of Rioja & stargaze. There is another large terrace in front of the Casita with bamboo & teak furniture for 4-6, ideal for al fresco dining. The double bedroom and en suite shower room are accessed directly from this terrace.
Casa Pequeña is tastefully furnished, a mixture of modern and antique. Extras include; videos/DVDS, books and comprehensive house book with local maps/guides.
