Description of Apartment:
New 2 bedroomed fully AIR CONDITIONED 1st floor apartment 1 double bedroom with 5 foot bed, 1 twin bedroom with 2 - 3 foot beds both bedrooms with ample storage. Full bath/shower room. Living/dining room with TV, DVD & Video player CD & radio. Seperate Kitchen Fully equiped with electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and a small utility area with washing machine and drying space. Large balcony off of lounge with comfortable furniture, small balcony from main bedroom. Communal gardens and a shared large pool and small childrens pool LAS ADELFAS is a small secure development of 20 bungalow apartments, with own car park, set in a quite residential area of Denia at the foothills of Mount Mongo. 10 Las adelfas is in the corner of the second block on the 1st floor, the largest of the balconies from the lounge has stunning views over Denia, the sea in the distance, and surrounding area, plus a beautiful sunset, the balcony at the back from the main bedroom looks out over Mount Mongo. You can travel by air to Valencia or Alicanti, Denia being half way between both, approx 1 1/4 hours. Car hire is recomended, but we can arrange a pick up service, prices on request. The historical town of Denia with its own castle - fishing fleet and large yacht club, is a good base to explore the local region with trips to Altea, Javea, Moraira etc and inland to the beautiful valleys and villages. You can also catch a ferry to Ibiza and Majorca (overnight stop is necessary). There are many large supermarkets and restaurants - plus all the local food markets. The shopping centre is charming with its tree lined streets, paved walkways, and many cafes to relax and watch the world go by. A beautiful sandy beach is 10-15 mins. away - with all the customary water sports, and there are many golf courses nearby to choose from. BOOKING NOTES: A 25% deposit required to confirm booking (non refundable) remainder to be paid 6 weeks before departure - plus a £75.00 deposit against any breakage or extra cleaning costs. Booking in and out times are:- 4.00 pm to arrive at apartment and 10.00 am to leave, depending upon circumstances these times could be varied. and bookings are taken from Saturday - Saturday only in July and August.
