Description of Townhouse:
Welcome to Gran Alacant. Just a 10 minute drive from Alicante Airport and the cosmoplitan town of Alicante to the North. With a 10 minute drive to the Spanish seaside town of Santa Pola to the South, with its weekly market, comprehensive amenities, port trips to the island of Trabarca is only a few miles to the south. Water sports including jet skies, wind surfing and kayaks are avilable in season. The house is set in a beautiful new urbinisation of Altomar 1. In the village of Gran Alacant and is within easy walking distance of Shops, bars and Restaruants, Banks and Medical Centre. A local weekly market is held on Thursday. Whilst competitively priced car hire is available from the airport, a transfer by taxi can be easily arranged and the area has good public transport facilities. If prefered, a private collection service can be offered on request. From the communial swimming pool area, set in a beautiful landscaped private garden, with adults and a childrens pool, you will get your first glimps of the Mediterranean Sea which can be reached by car in a couple of minutes. There you will find miles of soft white sand and for those of you who like a bit of shade there are acres of sand dunes. There is a beach bar and the provision of sun beds and shades, where you can relax and look over to the bay of Alicante and Alicante castle. The beach streches along the to the popular resort of Los Arenales, with a beautiful promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants. For the golfers in the family this is a golfers paradise, with four courses all to championship level in the area. For the younger members of the family there are the Theme Parks of Benidorm just a 40 minute drive away. Mundomar where you will find Dolphins/penguins/flamingos/sea liones and all the exotic animals you find in such parks and right next door is Aqualandia which is the best water park I have ever visited. A trip to Terramitica is a must but not for the faint hearted members of the family, there you will find the exhilaration of the rides hard to beat

Dining area: Side-board containg books and games for all the family, dining table and chairs. Down stairs bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. Kitchen: Fully equiped fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, micro wave /grill, washing machine, halogen hob with full electric oven.b> 1st Floor : Master bedroom with en-site. double bed 2 bed-side tables, fitted double wardrobe, TV and patio doors leading to balcony over looking the front aspect of the house. 2nd bedroom: Two Single beds, Fitted double wardrobe, bed-side table 3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds and wardrobe, bed-side table Bathroom: Fully fitted bathroom with all amenities, shower and plug points. COMMUNIAL POOL SET IN A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN SETTING 10 MINUTES TO AIRPORT BARS, SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY REGULAR BUS SERVICE TO ALICANTE (30 MINS) AND SANTA POLA (15MINS) BOOK EARLY TO ADVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
