Conil holiday rentals - Casa Olivar
The cottage at San Andres Golf, near el Colarado, Roche and Coinil is set over two floors with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a conservatory, living room and kitchen. The garden includes a palm, orange and jacaranda tree. Ideal for up to 6 but can sleep up to 9.
Activities - 9-hole golf course, swimming pool (open July & Aug only) and tennis court on the doorstep. Other activities in the area include horse riding and windsurfing.
Gorgeous Roche and La Barosa beaches and coves are just 10 minutes away. As is historic Conil with its beaches, bars, restaurants and night entertainment.
Head north to the old Moorish city of Cadiz (25 minutes drive) with its narrow cobbled streets opening onto small squares. Just north is sherry capital Jerez (35/45 minutes drive).
Head south and inland (about 20 minutes drive) and youll find the old Moorish town of Vejer set up on the hillside. Further south along the coast are the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Barbate (also a natural park), Zahara and the wind-surfing capital of Europe, Tarifa.
Recommended day trips include a day trip to Morocco from Gibraltar or Tariffa or stay in Spain and head to Seville or enjoy the wonders of the Parque Nacional de Donana which is one of Euopes most important wetlands with a huge variety of birds.
Airports - Jerez (35 mins), Seville (90mins), Gibraltar (90mins), Malaga (2hrs 30 mins). If you have the time the drive from Gibraltar or Malaga is worth it. You can pick up an EasyJet flight to Malaga and then fly back with RyanAir from Jerez.
Car hire - Try CarJet at carjet.com as they are very reasonable and you can pick up from Jerez airport as well as most towns in the region.

Week bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during high season.
