Description of Bungalow:
Near a huge pine-forest behind Roche in a quiet surrounding, abt. 5min by car from Conil and the beautiful beaches, you’ll find two attached bungalows (2x2) of each abt. 65m2. They are built around a private swimming-pool-area with outdoor-furniture to relax in the sun and with showers. The pool is abt. 6m x 10m large and 1,0m to 1,9m deep. Each of the four houses has: 2 dormitories with each two beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, refrigerator with freezing-compartment, microwave. The bathroom got a tub and bidet. In the living-room there are 2 sofas, a fireplace and a SAT TV with International channels. Electrical-heating and a cot can been supplied on demand. Furthermore every house has a small own garden with a lawn, own garden-furniture for four persons and a nice outdoor-kitchen with barbecue. Facilities:
Bed-linen, towels, local taxes, gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the prices. Arrival after 16.00h, departure before 11.00h, earlier arrival or later departure are possible, but have to be arranged with the manager living nearby. Payment: 30% down-payment per transfer upon booking, 70% in cash in Euro against receiving the keys on arrival.
